story: I live in Madison Co.Mississippi where kids have plenty of money and too much freedom. When kids are caught drinking & driving they do not get arrested. Their parents are called or the police take the boose and send the kids on their way. I want to get this changed…where do start? My daughter is grounded right now for a month for getting in a car with a drunk driver however, the drunk driver didn’t get in the least bit of trouble.
